The City of Centennial with CDOT and contracting partner, Jalisco International Inc., will construct a new underpass to improve trail connectivity and safety along the Lone Tree Creek Trail corridor at E. Arapahoe Rd between S. Revere Pkwy and S. Potomac Street. The project includes the construction of a concrete box culvert under E. Arapahoe Rd which will be dedicated to bike and pedestrian trail users, allowing travel beneath the roadway separate from vehicular traffic.
For the duration of the project, all left turn movements at the intersection of E. Arapahoe Rd and S. Revere Pkwy will be restricted. Motorists cannot proceed straight on S. Revere Pkwy across E. Arapahoe Rd. Only right turn movements will be allowed during construction at this intersection. Motorists are encouraged to use S. Peoria Street and S. Potomac Street as alternate travel routes.
