We wanted to post this quick message to all of our current and future patients. Our practice, Advanced Dermatology Skin Cancer and Laser Surgery Center, was started by Dr. Gregory Papadeas in 1992 (we will be celebrating our 25th birthday in August!). There is a nationwide chain of dermatology practices called Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery (ADCS). In addition to their similar name, they also have a similar logo to ours. ADCS buys private practices across the country and in the past year or two they have been buying practices in Colorado, including in the Denver metropolitan area. This has created a lot of confusion.

We wanted to let all current and future patients know that we are NOT a part of this nationwide conglomerate. We are a local Colorado business and will continue to be. We offer the full scope of dermatology care from general skin checks, to Mohs surgery, to dermatopathology, to pediatric dermatology, to aesthetic services. We are truly a “one stop shop” for all dermatology needs. And you will always see a doctor when you come to see us! Clearly, this name confusion is a problem and we acknowledge that. But we wanted to let all of you know that Advanced Dermatology Skin Cancer and Laser Surgery Center is still independent, still local, and still the best practice to trust with your dermatologic needs.
